The principle objective of Grade 2 Structural Repairs Ltd is to rank amongst the best specialist concrete & associated repairers by providing a first class service which reflects:

Everyone is encouraged to contribute to continuous improvements of the concrete repair service and to:

  • Aim to 'get it right first time'
  • Raise a corrective action report (car) to rectify problems, which are also seen as opportunities to improve processes
  • Performance measures are a feature of improvement

It is management's responsibility to ensure that the Policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organization. It is mandatory that the quality system covers all work.
