Grade 2 Structural Repairs Ltd undertakes routine maintenance on office buildings and the like for different clients. At present, it is involved in executing regular surveys of the soffit of the concrete roof to an office building in the centre of Liverpool. This roof suffers from pieces of concrete becoming detached due to water ingress causing corrosion of the steel reinforcement. Any necessary repairs are undertaken at the time of the survey.

It is also involved with routine maintenance on the external facades of two office buildings in Manchester owned by one of the leading property companies in the North West of England.

From 2002 to 2006, Grade 2 Structural Repairs Ltd undertook the contract for the maintenance of the landscaped and nature reserve areas at Rocksavage Power Station. This involved general planting of shrubs and trees, cutting grass and hedges, forming pathways and erecting fencing. The value of this was in the region of £40K per annum.

As an extension of the works undertaken for Intergen, Grade 2 Structural Repairs Ltd also carried out day to day maintenance around the sites from changing tap washers to cleaning large items of plant and fitting/replacing kitchen units, office furniture and welfare facilities.
